End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Bot Monitor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Aiso grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Bot Monitor for the purpose of tracking AI bot visits to your website. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Service
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• You may not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

3. Data Collection and Privacy

AI Bot Monitor collects the following data for analytics purposes:

• Request metadata (URL, timestamp, user agent)
• AI bot detection information
• IP addresses (anonymized)
• Referrer information

This data is used solely to provide analytics about AI bot visits to your website. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

4. Service Availability

Aiso strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aiso be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

6. Termination

This license may be terminated at any time by either party. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and remove all related code from your applications.

7. Updates and Modifications

Aiso reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
