Hi, I am Ben the co-founder and CEO of Aiso. I founded a previous startup in the commercial real estate world (a data product where coworking spaces could see the prices of their competitors by sharing their prices with us).

Towards the end of 2024 we started to see more and more leads coming from ChatGPT. And interestingly these leads were a lot more clued up about us than usual. I asked around and many founders were seeing the same thing. I felt like ChatGPT was going to be an important piece of the customer search journey.

However brands have very little information on what customers are asking ChatGPT. This is why we founded Aiso. We collect anonymized and aggregated ChatGPT conversations at scale. One of the main ways we do this is by giving access to some paid OpenAI models or some free features against the ability to analyse the conversation. We then clean all this and give you access.

I studied statistics and I love cycling!

I live in the Basque country in France, where I am now a Full Stack Developer at Aiso. Previously, I worked as a Full Stack Developer & Data Analyst at CoworkIntel and The Instant Group.

In September 2019, I embarked on a career shift from public education to pursue my passion for software development. I started by acquiring essential integration skills in HTML, CSS, Sass, and Bootstrap. By June 2020, I had obtained my first degree and continued honing my expertise through online platforms like OpenClassrooms and Coursera, expanding my proficiency in JavaScript, Node, Express, and back-end development.

To push myself further, I enrolled in a bootcamp at Wild Code School-Biarritz, where I collaborated with a team of five to successfully deliver a library management system to our first client, gaining hands-on experience with PHP, Symfony, and SQL.

In November 2021, I joined CoworkIntel during its early stages - a company specializing in analytics for the flex office industry. I've been actively involved in building our platform, from website development to creating dashboards and delivering analytics to clients. In November 2022, we were successfully acquired by The Instant Group, where I then continued to grow our product in close coordination with engineering, sales, and data teams.

My expertise spans the MERN Stack, MetaBase, Microsoft Power BI, and I recently earned my Databricks Fundamentals certification. I love geeking on HTML tag analysis, making music, martial arts and kart racing.
