Aiso Public Dataset License

Effective September 18, 2026

Unless a dataset page states otherwise, AISO Boost Ltd. grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, quote, and reuse the public dataset summaries, published aggregate statistics, and Aiso-created research metadata made available on getaiso.com for informational, research, and analytical purposes, including commercial analysis. Reuse must include attribution to Aiso and a link to the relevant source page.

This license does not grant access to, or rights in, raw or private conversation text, panel-member data, customer data, personal data, third-party content or source material, Aiso trademarks, or any material that is not actually published as part of a public dataset summary or research dataset. Third-party material remains subject to the rights and terms of its original owner or source.

Bulk republication or resale of an Aiso dataset, or use of the published material to create a substitute dataset or competing data service, is not permitted without Aiso's prior written permission.

Public datasets and summaries are provided as is and may be updated or withdrawn. For licensing questions, contact legal@getaiso.com.
