Information we collect

We collect information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, account details, domains entered for analysis, project settings, and messages sent to sales or support. We also collect service usage and technical information needed to operate the product, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, understand feature use, and improve performance.

How we use information

We use the information to provide and maintain Aiso, manage accounts, answer requests, analyze domains, track brand visibility in AI-powered search engines, generate reports and recommendations, monitor service health, investigate suspicious activity, and improve the product. We do not use customer project data to make unrelated marketing claims about a customer without permission.

Aiso plugins for ChatGPT and Claude

AISO Boost Ltd. publishes Aiso plugins for ChatGPT and Claude. They connect to Aiso through a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. When you connect a plugin, you sign in to your Aiso account and approve access. The AI assistant then sends us the tool requests it makes on your behalf, such as a project ID, a domain, or prompts to add, and we return data from your Aiso account. We use this information only to answer those requests, secure the connection, and keep request logs for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

We do not receive your full chat history from ChatGPT or Claude, only the details the assistant includes in a tool request. OpenAI and Anthropic handle your conversations under their own privacy policies. You can disconnect a plugin at any time in the AI assistant's settings, and you can ask us to delete the related data by emailing support@getaiso.com.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Aiso, under contracts that limit their use of it: cloud hosting and database providers, our authentication provider, email and support tools, and AI model providers to which we send your tracked prompts to measure brand visibility. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information.

Security

Traffic between your browser and Aiso is encrypted in transit. We use access controls, authentication, logging, monitored cloud infrastructure, and data isolation practices to reduce unauthorized access. No internet service can promise absolute security. Report a suspected vulnerability through the contact details in our security.txt file.

Retention and deletion

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. Specifically, we keep account and project data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you close your account or ask us to delete it. We keep plugin and API request logs for 90 days, and security and audit records for up to 12 months. When the applicable retention period ends, we delete or securely destroy the information. You may request account or personal-data deletion by emailing support@getaiso.com. We normally process a valid request within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate details, object to certain processing, restrict use, or request deletion. You can also close your Aiso account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request so that one person cannot obtain or delete another person's data.
